Day5 Camino- from Pamplona to Puente Ia Reina

清晨，潘普洛納的喧囂還縈繞耳畔，那是屬於足球的熱情，尤其那些穿著球衣、剛結束比賽的中學生，和父母一起為球隊吶喊的畫面，著實可愛，讓我深刻體會到足球為何是西班牙的國球！這座城市，從 Estafeta 街道上熱鬧的酒吧，到壯觀的潘普洛納城牆，無不展現著歷史與活力。

今天預計行走25公里，並爬升400公尺，接著是一路崎嶇的下坡。有了前三天的暖身，我信心滿滿地踏上旅程。告別潘普洛納市區，沿途盡是中古世紀的歷史建築，5公里後，景色轉為田園風光，小路蜿蜒向上。在約莫10公里處，我遇到了來自科羅拉多州的旅人 Ryan。

他熱切地分享，2010 年電影《The Way》在他心中埋下了朝聖的種子，15 年後，他終於踏上這趟旅程！「世界很大，不一定每個地方都能去，但至少可以把它們列在清單上！」Ryan 的美式幽默令人莞爾。他接著分享幾年前帶著兩個姪子到日本和義大利旅行的經歷，那些文化衝擊為他們帶來了新的視野和事業方向。Ryan 很高興自己在姪子們 18 歲時，送給他們這份「打開世界之窗」的禮物，讓他們愛上旅行，並學會尊重和學習不同的文化。

Ryan 雖然只有八天假期，但他說會利用每次假期，一點一點完成朝聖之路。每個來到這裡的人，都有一個故事。聽著 Ryan 的故事，我心懷感恩，感謝上天、家人和朋友的支持，讓我能站在這裡，也感謝自己的勇氣、堅持和自信，就如同朝聖之路上常說的一句話：Camino will provide！只要你相信，它會實現！

Waking up this morning, the noise from last night's bars in Pamplona still echoes in my mind. On the street filled with bars, travelers were cheering for their football teams, especially those adorable schoolchildren in jerseys, just finished with their game, shouting alongside their parents. I understand why football is Spain's national sport!

Today's journey is 25 kilometers with a 400-meter ascent, followed by a rugged descent. With the past three days of warm-up, today's challenge felt easy as I set out. Leaving the city, medieval history and architecture filled my sight; after 5 kilometers, I entered pastoral landscapes, winding upwards.

On the way, I met a traveler from Colorado named Ryan. Inspired by the 2010 movie "My Way," he put the pilgrimage on his travel list. Fifteen years later, he's finally on this journey. He shared his experiences taking his nephews to Japan and Italy, opening their world. This was the best gift he could offer them at 18—a window to the world.

Listening to Ryan's story, I'm grateful for the support from family and friends, and for my own courage and persistence. As often said on the pilgrimage, Camino will provide!" Just believe, and it will happen.
