However, the author of the book illustrates the benefits of taking these three aspects of life into consideration at once.

I found in this book, the author uses a quite an interesting approach to tell the readers how these three aspects interact with each other. He combines his advice on eat, move and sleep in each single chapter. In total, there are 30 chapters in the book. It implies that the author's intention is to remind all the readers to be able to build up a automatic loop of good decision-making when it comes to eating, exercising and sleeping well in a 30-day time cycle.

The magic lies at the intersection between eating, moving and sleeping. If you can do all three well, it will improve your daily energy and your odds of living a long healthy life.

I especially like the the following quote from the book.

" Life itself is a big game of odds. You get to chip away at it, one day at a time. Small decisions and behaviors are quite consequential. in particular , if you have known risks or health conditions today, the way you eat, move and sleep are the only things you can control with each decision."

I do believe the implication of this book not only apply physically but also mentally.
